According to reports this morning West Ham are set to sack manager Sam Allardyce after Sundays final Premier League fixture away to Manchester City.

Chairman David Sullivan has apparently lost patience with Allardyce and believes a new manager is required to take the club forward.

The club have endured a inconsistent season, and following a recent survey carried out by more that 12,000 supporters – 78% voted for Allardyce to be replaced as manager – and this has not gone unnoticed by the board.

If this is proven to be true and Allardyce is sacked, this will come as a shock to many as both Sullivan & Gold are known for their loyalty towards their managers – and not to mention the risk of change with the Olympic Stadium move just 2 years away.
