West Ham are prepared to launch another bid for Leeds United striker Ross McCormack.

The Leeds captain was linked with a move to Upton Park earlier this season, and now that the Yorkshire club have parted ways with manager Brian McDermott, it is expected that the player will look to move on to a Premier League club this summer.

McCormack scored 28 goals last season, finishing the leagues top scorer, and with West Ham looking to boost their attacking options this summer McCormack fits the bill well.

I have on very good authority that West Ham will launch an official bid ‘early next week’. RUGRID will keep you posted.
