The agent of AC Milan striker M’baye Niang has stated that West Ham are still interested in signing the 19 year old on loan.
It was believed that the club had distanced themselves from a move for the French under-21 international due to the players poor attitude following discussions, however it appears we are still very much in the mix.
“At the moment, we don’t know yet if Niang will remain at AC Milan,” his agent stated.
“We met with the club about a month ago and now we’ll have to talk to the new coach.
“I can confirm that West Ham like him.”
A decision regarding the players future is to be decided this week following a meeting with the AC Milan management.
