Mark Noble has spoken of how the squad are feeling confident ahead of Saturday’s clash with Manchester United at Old Trafford, and will be going there to pick up the three points.
West Ham travel north following an impressive 3-1 victory over Liverpool, whereas United are licking their wounds after a 5-3 loss to Leicester City – despite leading 3-1 – and Noble sees no reason why not West Ham can add to Uniteds woes.
‘‘I hope everybody enjoyed our 3-1 win over Liverpool last Saturday, I certainly did! As captain, I was incredibly proud of the effort every single one of players put in,” said Noble.
”Whereas in previous years we’ve had to ‘park the bus’ due to their quality, we’re going up there now with a good chance of getting something out of the game. The club, the staff and certainly the players are looking forward to it.
“Don’t get me wrong, they’re still a fantastic team with world class players and we’re certainly not going to underestimate them. Coming back from that incredible 5-3 game with Leicester they’ll be hurting and looking to bounce back.
“Having said that we know they’ve got some chinks in their armour and we’ll be looking to exploit them come Saturday.
“We’re in good form, we’ve got good players and we’re feeling confident. We’ll take that onto the pitch at Old Trafford and hopefully come away with a positive result!”
