Andy Carroll has told the clubs official website that he is seeking to down Swansea once again at Upton Park this Sunday, however he is hoping for goals instead of a red card this time round!
Carroll, who was sent off for a flailing arm which caught Chico Flores last season, is desperate to make amends this season, however he is wary of the threat that Swansea City pose.
“It’s never an easy game against Swansea because they can keep the ball and pass it around. Garry Monk has done a great job there. He has kept the way they play and the team spirit and it’s going to be a tough game.
“Obviously the last time I played against them it wasn’t a very good ending, but I’m looking forward to it.
“Hopefully I’ll get a couple of goals this time and no red card, which would be even better!”
West Ham host Swansea City this Sunday at 1:30pm live on Sky Sports.
