It’s that time of the season when in East London our managers future becomes the hot talking point amongst all connected with the club.
Sam Allardyce once again appears to be touted as set to leave, with the same names being mentioned to replace him this summer.
The papers today are stating again that David Moyes has been approached to take over, with Allardyce set to be the long term solution to Sunderland.
It’s hard to once again not to be drawn into this discussion. But the club, from what I know, do not plan to ship Allardyce out this summer – and will not risk a change with the move to the new stadium so close.
There is no doubt though that Sams future will continue to dominate many headlines for the coming weeks.
