Euro tie switched

West Hams first round qualifying matches against Lusitanos have been switched by UEFA, meaning our first leg match will be held at Upton Park next Thursday, 2nd July.

The match had originally been scheduled to be away in Andorra, however due to a conflict of matches within the area UEFA have decided to switch the tie around.

It is expected that Slaven Bilic will field a second string / youth side for the matches, with maybe one or two first team players given some match time.

Pre-season is now well under way, with the team arriving in Cork City today ahead of a pre season friendly.

On the transfer front there has been little to get excited about, however the club are reported to be in the mix to sign various players.
