Samuelsen stars in draw 

  
West Ham new boy Martin Samuelson caught the eye of many yesterday in the clubs 3-3 pre season friendly draw away to Peterborough.

The youngster, who signed this summer from Manchester City, put in a confident display which showed everyone what huge potential this player has – and was rewarded with his fine first half showing with a goal.

Manager Slaven Bilic was full of praise for the Norwegian forward saying : “Martin was lively and is a very talented player. You can see that he has quick feet and a quick way to control the ball which is very important. He can be very useful,”

The match also saw a stand out performance from Mark Noble, who staked his claim to the new manager that he needs to be an automatic starter now the competition for places in midfield is more fierce than ever.
